Desert STRIKE Warrior 4.3

This project was built on a whim, just for the sake of building it. I'd hoped to get these pictures up before Tokyo Marui's announcement of their new Strike Warrior product, but it turns out they beat me to the punch due to my busy schedule.

Based on the Tokyo Marui Desert Warrior 4.3, the build started with a Guarder full metal body kit that included both the slide and receiver.

I've personally never been a fan of block cut slides (without scalloping to meet short dust covers, like the Desert Warrior 4.3 as a perfect example), and when Freedom Art released their "Accucomp System" conversion kit, I had to get my hands on one to clean up what I would consider to be a "fix" to what I'd perceive to be a problem.

Combining a lengthened tightbore inner barrel, integrated under rail, fibre optic front sight (mounted to the StrikeComp for a greater sight radius distance), and a very aggressive looking "meat tenderizer" STRIKE face styled alternative force block, this conversion kit is the perfect solution for adding more power, accuracy, and "punch" to the pistol. Cosmetically, I think it's a huge improvement, and the practical benefits added by this kit gives this pistol a huge boost as a combat weapon.

The kit comes with both red as well as green fibre optic glow rods.

Parts list in the shown build:
  • Tokyo Marui Desert Warrior 4.3
  • Guarder Metal Body Kit for Desert Warrior 4.3
  • Freedom Art Accucomp System DW-A for Tokyo Marui Desert Warrior 4.3 ( Tan )
  • Creation Aluminum Outer Bull Barrel for Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 4.3
  • Guarder 150% Recoil & Hammer Spring for Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 4.3

Yeah, that's the barrel that came with the Freedom Art kit. The original barrel can also be used, and then it'd be completely invisible.

The AccuComp also has threads in it to attach a Tanio Koba silencer adapter, or compensator adapter.
