ShootSoft.ca

Hi everyone. I've read a lot of bad things about shootsoft.ca here (too bad I didn't read that before). Anyways I placed an order back in February as of yet I haven't got a thing from them. I've contacted them many times and I've got the same old BS, It'll ship soon. well I'd hardly call 3 months soon. Anyone else had this happen to them? If so how did it turn out?

Try calling paypal directly via their 800 number, a customer service agent maybe able to assist you with filing a claim even though the time has passed. Just let them know the information from your payment and inform them that you have been trying to work with the seller but you are tired of their lies and enough is enough. I'm sure they will be able to do something. It would have been best to file the claim prior to your 45 day expiry but I guess its not your fault that you didnt know that they had a poor track record. Best of luck getting your money back.
