Law and the sale of personal airsoft guns
Hello,
Is selling airsoft guns legal? I don’t know the actual law around this action. Seeing as it is an item which is age restricted and the import of these items requires a special license, does any legislation make my personal sale of said item a legal offence? Thanks |

Get age verified. No one will discuss this with you without you first being AV'ed.
It's just the way the site operates. |

Your seriously telling me you can’t say whether the law in Canada allows me to sell the gun I already poses until you know I’m old enough to own the gun I’m trying to sell. Which incidentally I’m not even trying to sell on this site
Thanks |

You are free to sell it, Airsoft is not illegal in Canada by all means.
Grey, and weird sure.. But far from illegal. If you are going to sell it on this site, you will be required to get AV'd (as sort of said above, you seem to already know this but what the hey)
