ICS m4 gears hitting piston
hey every1 ,
i have an ICS m4 here ,and there seems to be somekind of problem , 2 weeks ago i odered a spring from airsoftparts.com (Modify S110 spring ) and so i decided to open it up my upper mechbox , took me awhile to put it in , but after i was done i closed it up , test fired it and , it appeared the gears were smashing on my piston, now , i have no clew whats causing that , because, of the fact that everything looks just like normal . picstures : - http://s1223.photobucket.com/albums/...t=100_1606.jpg (continue to 2,3,4 to see other close up pics) thanks for reading . |

cycle the gun without the upper a few times, or until the gears that pulls the piston are facing down.

You installed the piston wrong. It can be seen angled on the first picture. The two rails on the side need to be right into the groves of the mechbox shell.
That is why you are having problems. you also need to place the gears with the flat spot at the top before closing the receiver. |
