Mag Lip issues on a TM hi capa mag
I'm having an issue with two of my TM High capa mags. It seems like the pellet feeder spring is potent/strong for the the lip of mag. I picked up a couple Proud lip's for the mags at TAC-11 because I already had an issue with one mag lip shearing off at a game. I was doing a visual inspection of my mags today and noticed the same thing on another functioning mag.
I did some preventative maintenance and removed the comprimised lip and replaced it with one of the one I bought. After the lip was replaced I released the feeder spring and about a minute later I noticed this. The follower pushed through the lip causing the same issue I just fixed. The lip was not stored in direct sunlight and not at odd temperatures either... ie room temperature. Any one have any ideas?? Thanks!!
