Does anyone know if anyone makes a set of woodland like this?

I don't believe anyone makes a commercially available combat shirt in US Woodland, however, you may be able to find some in Marpat

In addition to Tru Spec's combat shirt (or UBACS), Claw Gear, Helikon (ebay item number 180521161009 ) make them with the elbow pads just like the Multicam one you posted.
