Kwa g36
OK, The owner of the aeg would like an opaque body to replace the cracked and chipped smoke receiver on his KWA G36C. I have a TM G36 body and a clone Echo 1 G36 body.
He came and got the gun today so I don't know if these bodies will fit or not. Any takers on this question?? Last edited by venture; September 14th, 2010 at 14:01.. |

Thanks a lot, man. I had never worked on KWA electric before. Looks pretty robust in the gearbox. The cylinder head was separated from its tube, though. Completely smashed.
He will be happy to hear that and I will be happy to sell him one, and install it. |

Highjacked
I need to Highjack this thread for a moment.
I have the same G36c body and I need to replace it for the same reasons. The TM will fit, hard to find. Do you guys know of any other brands that will fit. I can get my hands on a CA, or a JG body but I thought I would ask you guys first. |

Body-wise, anything will fit.
I had a KWA before and the cylinder head was destroyed too. |

All brands of G36 are TM clones, so any G36 body should fit without issue.

The SRC's shoudl work too.
That said, I know you didn't ask but just so you know the ARES G36, C, K etc are not TM clones, they use there own proprietary gear box etc. All others should work fine. Those TM clones are getting hard to find because HK is suing everyone selling them where they legally can. The ARES ones are the only ones officially licensed, here in the States at least.
