KSC USP Full-Size Metal Slide & Safety Problem

I'm having a trouble with my KSC USP full-size (non-System 7) metal slide.

The slide seems to have some trouble going over the decocking lever retainer and the decocking bar (which the slide is supposed to push down as it runs over them). Sometimes when I'm shooting or even manually cocking the slide -- it gets stuck about halfway and it needs me to push it back to its neutral position with my index finger. I've tried removing all the lube and then relubing it (with 100% silicone oil of course) -- but it also doesn't help. Is there anyone here that can give me some tips on fixing this?

Also, my pistol's safety doesn't seem to work. If I pull the trigger with the gun is on safe, the pistol will still fire. Is it supposed to be this way or is the safety just broken?

I've tried searching for solutions to these problems but nobody seems to have the same problems that I've mentioned (or at least posted any solutions). I'm hoping someone here will have an idea on what to do?

The issue with the safety is common with KSC USPs. Just don't pull too hard. Not sure about the other issue.

Hmm, it seems another problem has arisen... It looks like the little tube that resides within the larger tube which pushes BBs forward from the magazine (and shoots gas through it I'm guessing) has gotten stuck INSIDE the larger tube. So now even when the magazine runs out of BBs, the slide doesn't lock back. Though when I manually pull back the slide with an empty magazine the slide catch engages anyways.

Does anyone know how to "unstick" this inner tube?

E/ NM, some thorough cleaning fixed it.
