Mk18 Mod 0

Here is my finished MK18 Mod 0 even though I know the trades on the receiver is not accurate and there are some minor differences, but im pretty happy with it.

VFC KAC QD Silencer

PEQ2 with functional laser and light

My Steel Outer Barrel cost me a fortune, but looks damn nice, 1:1 with the RS

My Aimpoint with a nice and sharp reticule, loved it so much, I bought two

Nicely done..now shim your flash hider so that the QD latch is at the top. Over all I like it...needs to be painted though...otherwise it's ...well....not quite close enough. but thats my personal opinion. Good Job.

You need the CQD sling adaptor plate. Lower needs to be a Colt, or you could paint your lower to remove those trades. Anyways, nice and clean.

Your forward grip is too far back. Its suppose to be more to the front to support the weight of the rifle. I use to think having it more back was comfy, then i forced myself to use it forward. I can honestly say that at the end of the day it doesn't feel so heavy anymore.

deejko, in the second pic, your flash hider looks upside down, the slits should be on top, and that part that looks like a chip outa the flash hider should be the bottom.

the shorter the rifle, the further back the vert grip can be to produce the same results. If that's how he likes it, then it's fine.
