It really looks like he's shooting a cannon directly at the wall ahead of him. And on a side note... why is he wearing Lazer Tag equipment?

There were a few other pictures but for some reason aren't showing.

The one m102404 has is probably better for the actual acquisition of target as I find with the smaller one on the aimpoint that by the time you've lazed a room with this site you're pretty much spotted and have had your hand shot or your gun. For airsoft I'd say a barrel mounted mirror would be the best option you can get it down low or up high to check around a wall, get a location on that person and only risk a gun hit, given that you have a secondary you now know there is a person and where he's hiding which gives you an edge, that helps even out the fact that he's on the defense with most likely better cover and angles if he's set himself up properly. That all said I can't help but giggle when I see the large mirrors off of a truck or trailer mounted to a shotgun as some SWAT forces in the state use, effective perhaps but it still gets a giggle.

Im doing some feasibility tests on building an airsoft-specific cornershot.
i think using one of those after-market backup cameras for cars would work just fine for the optics (screen and lens protected by generous amounts of acryllic, of course).
I could mount the camera under the barrel of the AEG, stick the gearbox/receiver on a hinge, run the AEG and camera batteries back into the main body, and mount the viewscreen on the side. Please tell me if there's any glaring reason why it wouldn't work.
