Hi capa 5.1 HELP!
So my TM 5.1 is been acting really nasty lately. First off, the slide is having resistance when i rack it. The slide doesnt go far enough for me to flip up the safety switch and my loading nozzle looks cracked. Theres a slit/hole on the side of the loading nozzle that looks like it was stabbed or something. I need to know why my guns acting like this and what can i do to fix it?

IK Parts thread is no in AV.
Although, Guarder is really hard, and never failed me over thousands of shots. They also really give an excellent airseal. Problem is you would need to use more silicone oil to lube. |

The loading nozzle also doesnt go all the way down into the blowback unit. It seems that something is in the way like the oring. Would i neeed to change this too?

take a pic.
did you remove the bbu, if the nozzle wont seat back maybe your bbu spring has sprung out of it's groove

This is the best picture of it. Youll see that there is a crack right there on the side of the loading nozzle and that it doesnt go all the way back Top portion on the BBU with loading nozzle. Again it doesnt seat all the way back. Focus on the crack/slit. I also noticed thats where the oring hits it. And the Piston just for u guys to see |

Tighten the piston.
Your problem might be hammer issue. Catching on the BBU. Also, a little chunk of groove is missing and broken off of your nozzle. Get a new nozzle. So, step one, install everything back and tighten the back allen key. (rear of the slide) |

Buy a new nozzle and remember to put the rocket valve etc inside again - the plastic missing from the nozzle might be sitting inside and interfering with the full play of the nozzle on the pistonhead. had something similar happen to me a while back now - only mine blew to pieces lol.

Ok thanks. Ive tighten my screw really tight but my loading nozzle is in the same position. Hopefully a new loading nozzle solves the problem.
