[discussion] Possibility GBB M4 C-Mag build ?

1) Possibility to build a small warmer (battery powered heater @ 30"C) ?

if possible..... then

2) depends on the size, install on single or dual unit (one for each side) and use the center area for Gas tank

3) BB feed will be modify with AGM / JG cheap MAG + Mid Cap

Target to hold a 120- 150round Mag (Relative lot of ammo in GBB world )

am I thinking too much or should read more on "how heater works"?

With a gas capacity the size you're thinking, you wouldn't need a heater. There wouldn't be much cool-down. It would be able to go through 150 rounds easy.

If you want to heat a mag for the colder months why not try this.

damn i wish they made real cap cmags. i bought an auto winding one to make my m4 look more like a support weapon, not for the 1000+bbs, so i realistically capped cmag for gbbr would be awesome. and wouldn't it take most of a propane tank to fill?

Can you enlighten me on this (why size ==> less cool down) ? :???:

if that's the case, if , just if, the whole big bottle of TOP/GREEN Gas can be use as a magazine, there will not be much cool down ? :???:

Cool down = the mag getting colder and the cold making the gas inside drop in pressure...

The more gas there is, the less likely it is to have an effect on the performance when the pressure drops.

Strap 2 hand warmer, it should let you play around -5 maybe -10.

on a side note, classic airsoft, you can use high caps/mid caps, and use an external rig, why not go this route, might be cheaper and will work

one more question for those with morer experience / understanding for "Gas"

As the attached picture show,

When doing the size of gas tank, will the BLUE one works? or it has to be the RED one?

I am too N00b to guess if the Blue one works (for what I can remember / think of, all gas magazine looks a "stick" ..........)

You're going to have to make a custom feed path if you're thinking of using 100 round gas mags...

Or you'll have to make a high-cap loading system where something winds the BB's from a reservoir to a feed tube.

All I am concern is the Gas part, can I have a shape of Gas tank loook like red or blue area ?

yhea, it seems like he would have to use CO2 insteed of propane

this would be a fairly straight forward project with the right tools.
it wouldn't be cheap to make but it's possible.
since I'm feeling generous I'll make a quick sketch.
