M1911A -taking the inner barrel out.. replace
tRYING TO GET RID OF THR STUPID ORANGE TIP./.. GOT A NEWW INNER BARRELL... HOW TO TAKE THE INNER AND OUTER BARRELS APART... THE TWO SMALL SCREWS HOLDING THE TWO PART OF INNER BARREL LOAD PART ... REMOVING THEM ... STILL NO RESULT.. CANNOT PULL THE INNER OUT.. PROBLEM THE HOP UP SHOULDER? ANY IDEAS????

HAHAHAHA...
You need to take the inner barrel/hopup unit out of the outer barrel first. It comes out as one whole unit. Then unscrew the two little screws and split the hopup unit in half. Then the inner will come out. |

That's what You said,,, it's not coming out , as there is a "kinda small shoulder" THAT THAT DOESN'T LET THE HOPUP UNT TO TAKE IT OUT... ? Taking out the 2 small screws don't make any change, only I can see that they let the "hop-up_ be taket off the barrel.. but still, I cannot get the barrel out, as that small shoulderon the barrel itself doesn't let it out... |

Just jam a small flat head screwdriver in between the shoulder of the chamber and the hop up chamber, give it a small twist to separate the two parts as you push the inner barrel out. It take 0.3 seconds and very little effort. It should require little to no strength to do. If you feel like you're cranking it, you're doing something wrong and may break it.
