Submerge in Acetone for 15 minutes....remove...scrub...rinse it clean...spray primer...paint it black... Your good to go.

once you get the screw out, try using a blow drier on it for about 5 minutes. I've heard of people getting glued flash hiders off like that in a pinch.

use poly strip to strip the paint can get it at Crappy tire then just use barBQ paint dries nice and has a better look than Krylon and holds up longer imo
