Is AGS Lith-Ease safe for airsoft guns (for use in the gearbox, not barrel/hopup)? All the guides I've read say to use white lithium grease or really heavy silicone oil in the gearbox (or Dupont Krytox from the one I trust most). This is white lithium grease from canadian tire. The packaging is very non-descript, so I'm a little uneasy about using it.

The CT white lithium grease is fine for the mechbox.

The Lith-Ease is found where garage door opener parts and accessories are in CT. Generally beside automotive, small $5 tube (size of a small toothpaste tube) will last you a long time.

I've used it to no effect, but instead of putting it in my gearboxes recently, I've been using GunSlick Graphite Lube on the metal parts. Works great, a real joy on GBB slide rails, super smooth action.
