Great success. Sushi was right, none of the wires in the grip were connected. However. I took the motor out of the grip to examine it, and a, now having a terribly hard time getting it to go back in. Does anyone have any helpful tips for this?

HEY! I said that in my very first post!. You may have to turn the gear on the end of the motor a little bit to get it to mesh with the gears inside. Make sure no wires are being pinched aswell.

Sorry dart, I didn't quite understand what you said in your post, I guess sushi just dumbed it down enough for me.

The issue is not that the motor isnt lining up with the gears, it's that I cannot get the motor in, connect it, and put the bottom of the grip back on without the negative wire getting knocked off the motor when it gets pushed back down.

Insert the motor completely before connecting the wires.
You can also carefully pinch the connectors a little bit with pliers so that they grab a bit tighter onto the motor. That is likely the reason why they came off. |

To be fair, I too also mentioned the motor wires right after Dart's post...
