Donster is suggesting that those retailers order airsoft guns (prohibited devices) by passing them off as real firearms (restricted or prohibited firearms) and sell them like if they were simply real guns, thus bypassing the limitation on importing prohibited devices. Not only it is illegal to import the vast majority of real steel firearms that most airsoft guns are based on, it would be intentionally mis-declaring said guns to customs officials. In addition, it still runs into the problem that selling replica firearm is illegal. I would recommend reading someone's post carefully before getting all righteous indignant for them.
