M249 Bipod alternative

so i just modified my bipod adapter to work with any 20mm picatinny mounted bipods. im looking for something that can fold out of the way minimi mk3 style when using a foregrip.


any ideas?

so i found my self being in a major bind. Z-tac headsets don't seem to perform the way i want them to be and a real steel headset cannot be imported due to ITAR and are usually out of my price range....

i found various replacment parts for some of the more sensitive stuff. like a aluminum nozzle and a new gearbox, but im slightly concerned on how it might hold up :S
