Hey

I need help :smack:

Last time i played, the fuse broke, so i thought it was only the batery. So i changed the fuse, tryed with a new battery and its not working. I can hear the a sound like if there wasnt enought power to do a full shoot. I can also feel this part is moving inside http://www.imagedump.com/index.cgi?pick=get&tp=338396
...Sorry i don't a thing about what my AEG have in it.. since i didnt have any problem with it yet. Can it be a piston jam or something like that ? Anybody know how to fix this ?

Is the gun new/used/stock/upgraded? What size fuse?

used and upgraded with a 15a fuse

At least you're not alone making that mistake.

That part is loose? Then something is really badly installed. Motor mounts for AK are rock solid.
Change to a stronger fuse. 15 amp is far from enough, but have it checked by an expert to figure out what the upgrades were.

don't use any fuse larger than 15 amp. they are rated to deliver 600% for 1 second (to allow for motor startup) and there is no need to increase it. ever. did you try charging your battery and make sure it has a full charge? if so this is the problem: you are experiencing a condition known in the motor world as a locked rotor condition. something is physically stopping the motor from turning (broken gear possibly. you'll have to open up the gearbox to find out. have a pro do that for you). if you increase the fuse size you will make matters worse when you burn out your motor windings (current squared x resistance). then you'll have to get a new motor as well as fix your gearbox problems. however a discharged or nearly discharged battery will give you the same symptoms as you describe. the motor will try to turn and you can feel it in the handle, but there is not enough current to complete startup so the movement stops without really turning the motor at all. it just sort of "wiggles".

wires are backwards is my guess
either plug your battery in the opposit way that it is and try it, or reverse the wires to the motor.
happened to me before, gun was ment to use small battery connector but i used a large. the red and blackwires were reversed and it would turn like it had no power then blow the fuse.

the battery is fully charged since it work well in another AEG, im pretty sure you are right about the motor.. i can hear it.. but something seems to block in it.. Anyway, im going to ship it the guy trading with me said that he know how to fix this so its going to be OK.

Ok, i cracked out the good ol' multi meter and did some trouble shooting. The motor is the bastard on this one. The motor is getting the current to it with minimal voltage drop (due to connections etc etc. I took apart the motor housing to confirm nothing in the mechbox had seized. I took out the motor and the bastard turns a slight amount with a small humming sound.

I think the KM's on the gun along with the PDI 150% just killed her slowly...
