Same thing happened to me. The only difference is I did ask ehobby to put a trace on it and they were totally cool with that. They have been pretty friendly to me.

WTF 2 months! Looks like I have to wait that long... m******F****** Did it come in one peice omega? Anything wrong with it?

Yeah, when it came (G36K handguard set) the handguard had a few minor scratches, but I don't know if it's from handling or it came like that. The metal barrel also had minor amounts of surface rust, which I just took off with a rough shamcloth. For $50, I just don't know whether the scratches are from the CBSA or not, but I won't really complain seeing as how it matches the fibre from my CA36 completely :P

if it was opened, you can try blame CP/CBSA. but considering you don't really care that much, don't bother. it can take a lot of effort to get some kind of reimbursement
