Best wire for rewiring a V2 gearbox

I was wondering if i should use 16 awg or 18 awg wire to rewire my rifle.

What battery are you using? 16awg is probably best regardless, but if you are very tight on space, 18 would probably work. I would wait for someone more informed on the subject to reply also though.

It depends on how much voltage you are going to run. It would be best to run the 16 since you can run more amps though it before it heats up and burns out.
