i was thinking of buying a wel mb03 or 04 off of airsplt along with some accesories, anybody ever dealt with them?

just because they have does not mean that the always will. and if you try and get caught, you will be blacklisted and everything that you bring in from across the border will be scrutinized. you may also get fined, but I am not sure so I will let someone else confirm or deny this.

I called my buddy Miguel in Brazil. He told me he's successfully shipped cocaine into Canada a few times... Therefore, it MUST be legal.

Your statement makes as much sense. Importing airsoft without the proper licenses is illegal. Full stop. If you have questions, try calling the CBSA, who are the ones guarding our border, rather than a foreign retailer who doesn't know our laws.

You think airsplat or any other foreign retailer really gives a shit that Customs will seize your package? Once they've taken your money and shipped it, they've filled in their part of the deal. What happens to the gun once their shipping company of choice picks up the package is YOUR problem, not their.

Stop talking and start thinking. There are dozens of threads here as week on this very topic and a very large information section on importing airsoft on this site.

You will get no where if you dont start to learn to use the search button or bother to read the FAQ.

Yes they will ship. No you will not get your gun due to it getting taken at the border. Of course they will ship it here because your the person paying so they dont care.

I understand this is the Newbie Tank and all but seriously. I think that just to spoon feed these people a little and only a little and the Importing airsoft and you thread should be stickied in this thread to hopefully reduce these threads.

Again please read the FAQ's, please. There is a reason those people took the time to provide us all with that information.

Screw that. If you want to take a chance at it buy a few PTW's and some full metal guns. Atleast then if by some random act of god they do get threw your left with something good instead of the cheap stuff.

I guess the Canadian Border police taking the thing is still a successful export to Canada for the American or Asian retailer.

What are your thoughts on allowing all of these dumbasses to get their shipments seized? Maybe it will assist in legalizing airsoft in Canada. I mean I have seen this site warn off literally hundreds of people who just casually point out a gun that they like on AirsoftGI or Redwolf or something. Maybe we should just let nature take it's course. "Sure Billy order that Echo1 minigun for $3500.00 it will arrive in 3 business days!".

You know: "The people have spoken! This year there were 10,000 border seizures of airsoft products! The people want airsoft!"

I dunno, just a thought.
