STAR M4 Mags

Hey, I'm thinking of getting these http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/magazines...aeg-10pcs.html

I'm getting a ICS M4 and would like to know if they fit in them...and if they are compatible with my TM M4?

Yes those are compatible.
If I were you though I'd buy MAG magazines, as they are very good quality.
I am not sure about the Star ones though.

If they don't then it usually just requires a little bit of modification. (ie. filing down edges or, increasing the width or something)

STAR is decent enough. I mean I run them, a few problems but nothing major. Remember you get what you pay for. BUT at the same time they're so cheap you can lose/break them and you're only out like $8 rather than losing a $15-20+ mag.

PS: If you encounter the Magpul "Green Label" mags, the OEM manufacturer is STAR.

I agree with L473ncy. You do get what you pay for, but with mags considering how often you beat them around and the possiblity of losing them cheaper is better. I use Star mags for all my guns. I've had a few problems but they serve well enough. And it's nice to know if I lose one on the field I'm only out $5-$7 rather then $20-$30.

Alright, the more opinions the better!

So I just ordered 10 Star Mags for my M4's 5 for my TM and 5 for my ICS and 6 MAG Magazines, on the mag section...

What company makes the best tracer mags?

Well I've read that tracer mags aren't necessarily the best thing since if you're shooting semi the idle time that it sits in the chamber will make it lose energy gained from the UV light (resulting in a less bright BB). The suppressor mounted tracer units are probably a better option.

my friends has some AK's mid-cap mags STAR branded and they don't feed properly most of the time even oiled with silicone oil ... He bought a box of 10 and most of it does it, he has to like hit on the mag to make the spring bounce or something. I have some King Arms and i would say they are better than STAR

(Though the price was awsome, unbeatable, 75-80$ CAD shipped for 10 mags .... and as for M4 , i think it's 35-40$ shipped for a box of 5 or 10)
