Nub question
Halloween is coming up, I love to go all out with a costume. Last year I was The Maxx, this year I am going as Mad Max (Road Warrior version). Anyways, anyone who has watched knows how important the sawed off double barrel shotgun is to his character. I found one on an American site, 6 bucks haha, but I cannot find anything similar. Here is the link. Note: this is not going to be used for anything other than the costume
http://www.hobbytron.com/AirsoftShot...MCH201681.html Anyone got any advice on where to find one? Thanks Chris |

Thanks for the suggestion, but in my case it will not work. I don't want any kind of cheese, when I do things, I do them properly, that is why I am working on it now. I can do my own custom fabrication and work, just no time to do it, I would rather have a good quality toy to modify. I am not limited to the six dollars, I was just stating that is what it cost. I would pay more for a decent gun, I just did not find anything similar searching Canadian sites.

Did a quick search for it, looks good painted. You might have solved my problem. Here is a link to a guy who painted his.
http://zday.lefora.com/2008/09/03/do...f-style/page1/ Here is the Hudson actual Mad Max replica. http://www.modelguns.co.uk/images/mmax11.jpg A bit of dremeling, cutting, sanding and filling and it should look pretty good. Now I have to source one, if anyone in the GTA happens to be in a Wal-Mart and finds one, let me know so I can grab it. Thanks for the find. |

Why not just make one out of some wood and a few PVC pipes?
If you can dremel, I'm sure you can sand and superglue. |

Regardless of what you may be under the impression of, you cannot order guns from the states. And in country these are pretty rare and expensive. So unless you are willing to spend about $500+ for part of your costume, that nerf gun may be your best bet.

If you would have read the entire thread you would have known that I know you cannot import Airsoft from the USA, that I don't have the time to complete a GOOD scratch custom build, and that yes, I know that is the shotgun they are referring to and that I do not care about it being expensive or not.
R.I.T.Z. and Thenooblord, I will be close to a few W's tomorrow and I will pop in and check to see if they have them. If not I will order one online. Thanks for the help. |
