Your semi-auto cutoff lever might be worn.

it's a common problem for P90s. Some people have already posted solutions on ASC. Somewhere...

How is it not firing sem. If you set to semi will it fire auto, or will it just not fire?
Another commen problem is the switch could be broken. On the front of the switch the trigger contact should be help apart by a spring. the mounting nub for the spring can break if you are not careful when extracting and installing the gearbox into the body. |

Another vote to your cutoff lever being worn.

I dont think its your cut off I think its your trigger or selector switch if the cut off was worn it'd fire a burst in semi then eventually full auto in semi, but since he cant fire at all in semi there something wrong with the trigger/selector

It's almost certain that your problem is on the switch. Take the gearbox out of the gun. Look at the trigger. Their should be a small spring that separates the contacts on the switch. A very good possibility that the spring is not doing it's job. will post pics later.

Your had a cold solder and now it is broken.
Remove the mechbox, remove the trigger block (2 screws on the right side holding the plastic in place. Repair the solder. It will work. 1/4 or P90s has that issue, don't know why. |
