CBSA
Hi, I have been on and off the phone with RCMP and CBSA about Airsoft and resticted items that will not be able to come throu customs.
This is what I have found out. Anything not listed in Importing and Exporting Firearms, Weapons, and Devices - Customs Tariff, Criminal Code, Firearms Act , and Export and Import Permits Act, Is OK to come into the country. This is the website but read the instructions first. Go to www.CBSA-ASFC.gc.ca Down the side bar you will find Resources, Click on A-Z index Click on D19 - Acts and Regulations of Other Government Departments Then Click on D19-13-2 Importing and Exporting Firearms, Weapons, and Devices - Customs Tariff, Criminal Code, Firearms Act , and Export and Import Permits Act Click on the PDF file and read. I thought I would post this for thous of you that still have some questions on what is and is not Alowed in to the country reguarding airsoft. If it is not listed in this than it is OK. Thanks for your time. Last edited by Weaponstech09; May 19th, 2009 at 11:46.. |

Can't find the doc you're referring to. If you provided a link, it would be easier than this scavenger hunt.
