NON Age Verified Buying.
So obviously I havn't been verified (its not in my profile). However ever since I started asking questions about deals I've found, I have received half a dozen requests asking, where/how/ from whom. Just to verify so I don't commit another asc sin. Will I be penalized/banned etc if I respond?

Technically, yes. The purpose of AV is to curtail all transactions made using ASC as a means of identifying potential buyer/seller and subsequent communications.
And if any of those people who contacted you are AV'd, they are in even bigger trouble. Please let us staff know who they are via PM as soon as possible.
