1) Yes you can if its rated at the battery voltage.
2) Divide the battery capacity by the current of the charger to get the hours needed for charge. i.e. 1500mah batt and 500ma charger = 3 hour charge. Did you check the fuse?

If its a 70ma charger it would take about 20 hours to charge your battery.

Haha yeah, better plug it in now and wait till tomorrow, 2 hours of charge on a 70ma charger is as good as dead if your try to run it on a AEG

You may wish to invest in another charger, or perhaps you have an airsofting friend whom you could visit this evening and charger your battery at thier home.

Get a smart charger.. Those wall chargers will eventually burn out your battery.

Yeah, the wall chargers suck ass. You should buy a good charger if you're buying a good battery, as your crap charger will eventually end up killing your new battery. It's better to spend the extra off the bat than to end up having to replace your battery a short time later.

the issue started when the gun only made half a cycle then it stopped. jamming a bb, i remove the bb, tried to fire it again, but it did not fire. so i bought a new battery, charged it for 20 h, hoping the gun will work, but still not working.

Aha. So maybe your mechbox is jammed. A fully charged battery won't help that. You should give all the info the first time.

Sounds like a jammed mechbox if the fully charged battery has no effect on it.
