Systema mechbox - pos & neg wiring to battery terminal

I purchased a complete systema mechbox & mag motor but the wires to the teminal clip for the battery are not red or black??? No +'ve or -'ve marking to indicate polarity....or does it matter??? The wires to the new motor were colored black & red...No problem there!!!!!

I would like to put a deans connector on as well!

Has anyone completed one of these??? Looking for some direction!

Get a DEANS connector and the wiring is usually on the packaging.
But here is the answer:
| == Negative
_ == Positive

For standard connectors:
Round == red == Positive
Square == black == Negative

And yes polarity does matter, otherwise your motor will not spin in the right direction and the anti-reversal latch will prevent the gears from spinning.
