TM m92f Real steel?

Has anyone tried using any real steel springs on these guns other then the trigger spring? Its almost easier to get real steel hammer and recoil springs. I have seen reduced recoil springs down to a 9lb rated... 9lbs even though its cut down still sounds a bit strong for a gas gun.

Anyways if anyone has experience on whether this has worked or not i wanna hear it

I should also clarify, I have already installed a G&G metal upper and lower receiver as well as outter barrel. So there isn't any plastic left in the gun.

i seriously doubt it.... you'd haveta be putting out some serious gas to make it slide.. ahha

the hardest kicking gun ive felt is that WA system they use now.. with those bearings or watever.. i forgot wat its called.... but that dint even come close.

Yeah thats what i was kinda thinking. The other thing i'd thought of is maybe chopping a few coils off a real steel spring to weaken it up. I think it might work for the hammer spring and the trigger spring though. All it will mean is that the valve to release gas gets mashed harder and thus gives more kick and higher fps (also meaning the metal slide moves a bit quicker)

Ask Midgetspy about that. I believe he did use some real steel springs in an airsoft gun. I vaguely recall a thread on EAR about that.
