Inventor 10 G36k Modified hand grip

Hi guys,

As i have plenty of time, and I bought myself a caliper; I made this in inventor 10 (autodesk)

Material maybe fiberglass (aluminium cost to much) but anyway I dont really plan to make a real one...

What do you think of the design? Any suggestions?

Nice. One thing though. I think at least the bottom rail should travel the length of the grip.

The optimal thing would to have a rail on the top as well - would look great and would offer more mounting possibilities.

I'm all for the full out RAS/RIS look.

Where can I go for additional information on this subject?

Not to derride your creative abilities, but isn't this just a standard G36 grip with a rail bolted to the bottom?

Nope, G36k handguard is slimer and rounder. This one can take a large 8.4v battery. Anyway, its the first draft... I'm planning on modifying it to give a more RAS like appearance (as Cheesevillage said). But for now i still have to model the whole gun (for the fit).
