Airsoft rentals

The company I work for is having a staff barbecue and has shown interest in an airsoft rifle CTF event.

This company is based in Kitchener-Waterloo and I'm wondering if anyone knew places in the area that rented out airsoft rifles.

We need about 14-16 rifles.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Probably not possible, go for paintball.

EDIT: Actually, this deserves a proper answer.

First of all, welcome. Right off the bat, let me explain something that will help you navigate these forums if you plan on staying, this may or may not apply to you so take what you want from it. ASC (this forum) has a low tolerance for minors trying to acquire airsoft gear and guns. The little bastards think they are quite creative at slipping one past us and I can't help but call shenanigans on your request because... I can't quite put my finger on it. Mainly, you ask for guns directly instead of asking for a place to play, which leads me to think you'll play in the woods or something.

At any rate, there aren't really any walk-on full service airsoft sites in Canada like paintball. New players usually arrange rentals directly from other more established players who have an extra set or two of gear. The only way to my knowledge you would be able to round up enough equipment for 16 players would be to source it from a lot of people, quick becoming a logistical nightmare.

Also, as an employer and business owner, as much as I am an airsoft enthusiast, no way in hell would I mix the two. There is an image factor in play with your project, which is why I suggested paintball. Paintball is much more public friendly than airsoft.

This would be like comparing a day out on a formal racing course to a properly setup street race. Even if the two are safe for participants, the latter projects a vibe that might not be well understood by some employees, clients or whatnot.

It will be much more simple to go the route of paintball since they are well setup for your type of request.
