Hop-up Nozzle types
Just curious on an issue, wonder if anyone has an answer..
Perusing my local airsoft parts website, I noticed that there are many options for nozzles: http://www.airsoftparts.ca/store2/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=66_129 My question is why is there a difference in the various versions? For instance: Modify Air Seal Nozzle - M16A1/VN/XM177/CAR15 Modify Air Seal Nozzle - M4/M16A2 Why is there different nozzles for these 2 guns? All are V2 mechboxes, and barrel length doesnt make sense because if that were the case why would a car 15 and an M16A1 take the same nozzle? Discuss!

Nozzle length? It's been a long time since I last handled an M16/M16A1 vs an M16A2, but I vaguely recall that the M16/M16A1's receiver had a little bit more room between the front of the magwell and the barrel shroud lock ring.
But then, it was a long time ago, so I may just be mis-remembering. |
