HELP!!!!
Ok, I will give you a short summary of what has happened and why I need help 2 weeks ago I got a JG Tactical AK47 (the 2011 version) in the US while I was there brought it over the border, and so on. It's been working fine since a couple days ago so I changed the fuse and it was working good as new and evreything but it stopped all of a sudden and then I looked at the fuse it was fine but then I noticed the fuse was to work for 25 amps and it was supposed to be a 20 amp anyways to sum everything up I think I may have blown my gun... I have this mini tournament coming up in a week and I need to have my gun working, If you guys could help me tell me what I need to buy or fix would be much appreciated.

You need to take it to someone who knows what they're doing so they can diagnose the gun and fix it.

Could be many things causing the gun not to work. I would suggest finding a local gun doc and have them look at it for you.

When the fuse blew the first time, that's when you should have taken it into a gun doc. When a fuse blows, something is wrong, simply replacing the fuse does not fix that problem.

You live within proximity of Riley, (Amos) or Frank (ThunderCactus)
Both are 'very' capable of fixing your problem. |

Even if you do talk to Amos or ThunderCactus, they probably wont want to work on your gun

Nothing wrong with JG guns.

Well, i dont think they'd care about a rewiring, but its aftermarket parts that poise an issue when it comes to upgrading clones.
Nah, if you leave them alone as is they're great. Just they're not really forgiving as upgrade platfoms unless you replace next to everything inside. Lol. |

last i heard amos had a bit of a backlog, and thundercactus is on leave or something for another two weeks
you could try taking it to the guys at xtreme tactics, but i dont know what their workload is like right now

Your doing a "mini-tournament"? Who is putting that on?

Ah, I don't really want to bother anyone here on the fourms I'll take it to a shop see what they can do. If I really wan't I could just replace the internals with those from my other Ak. But does anyone know what could have blown? Gearbox or something? I'm kindof an amatuer when it comes to these parts of airsoft.
@Cobrajr122 Not really, I just pushed the gun a little hard (TWSS). To much power called for not so much purpose is why. @DEATH2000 The reason I said mini-tournament, well what I meant to say is its not being held by anyone. It's just sort of a place near steinback where people come and play airsoft. You do have to phone them first though so its not that sketchy. |
