Throat mic + radios

I'm planning on going full BA sniper soon, and need input on radios with compatible throat mic.

I have just about zero knowledge about radios(tried to learn but couldn't understand at all), so I need this info spoonfed.

Any radio/mic combination is fine, as long as it's tried and true.
