So with propane becoming the fuel for GBBs I am trying to make a list of which grenades stock out of the box can handle running on propane for more then a few shots. I have not heard much, just a few mentions while searching around.
I do know that propane eats through rubber seals so replacing them is a gimmie.

Illusion - as a note, most 40mm gas shells can not take propane safely without destroying o-rings and other internals.
Green gas/propane is just too powerful for most grenades. For GB-Tech grenades, the force is impressive, but can force the plunger down so hard that it can be permanantly stuck in place. It also blows out one of the o-rings on occassion.
That's the one grenade that I have the most experience with.
As mentioned though, if you modify MM grenades with the proper o-rings, it should be able to last longer, but again, o-rings do soak in propane which is corrosive to the rubber. At least don't store the grenades loaded with propane.

Blastyman - Well I have had very good luck with the Mosquito molds grenades on green. The oring will go somewhere between 20-40 shots but it seems once you replace it with compatible o-ring from Mcmasters it does just fine.

Anyone else have any useful information about grenades?
