Help! - Need to find solid holster!
Alright, the only thing preventing me from ordering a WE Hi-Capa (Mark 3 likely, will attach an M3 afterwards I think) is a holster! I'm looking for a Raptor style, no shitty cordura. Cordura is for mags, NOT pistol. Preferrably of the drop-leg style, but I'll live with belt mounted if need be, or even a shoulder holster. It MUST have a thumb-break, or some sort of locking mechanism. NOT just friction, I've heard too many horror stories of lost pistols, and kicking my pistol while I'm running cause it's hanging off a lanyard isn't really my idea of treating my pistol well.
If you have any links, post here. Yes, I've used to search function. Yes, I've googled it (and many real-life firearms holster were compared). (Just randomly inserted this line to avoid random trolling.)

There are none currently in existence for WE-type pistols. "Cordura is for mags, NOT pistol"? What do you base this statement on?

I think RedWolf airsoft has some good holsters, they might have the one your looking for. I bought a Mk23 holster from them, and it's a really good holster. It doesn't move around when I run.

Don't think you actually attach that weaponlight to your hicapa since the WE doesn't have that perpendicular cut in the rail. You may want to find someone with a 1911 and start measuring against it to see if you can use a safariland holster for railed 1911's.
There is nothing wrong with courda for holsters, i guess if you are really willing to pay more for a holster than you did on the WE I guess that's fine. Safariland holster's aren't cheap. |

If you believe it though, you haven't tried a HSGI holster. For a pistol with a light though, Drop Zone D/L holster. Kydex and cordura both have advantages and disadvantages.
