Thumbs up Velocity Arms Feedback

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and this is my first post.

I've been playing paintball forever and just recently decided to pursue my interest into airsoft. I joined the forum, and lurked for a few days before deciding to buy from Frank at Velocity Arms. I purchased a L96 and a scope from him. I was very impressed with the speed of shipping. I placed the order Tuesday night (effectively Wednesday) and it arrived Friday.

However, after a hundred rounds or so the bolt jammed and wouldn't close. I tore it all apart and found that the plastic spring guide in the bolt assembly had broken into 3 pieces. I emailed Frank about this and he was very quick to reply, asking for pictures of the broken part, so he knew which one to send me a replacement for. I sent the pictures he has mailed me a whole new bolt assembly.

Overall, great customer service, and great experience. First impressions are everything, and Frank made a great one. I will not hesitate to deal with him again, and will recommend Velocity Arms to friends.
