Frustrating Ehobby :( RANT
I had bought a large package from Ehobby on February 25 and it arrived at my home March 8th.
I checked my items and I got everything but my motor I check the site and they would ship me my motor separately, which is understandable I guess since they got out of stock all of a sudden. Then I realized my EA Gear M88 PASGT SWAT Replica Helmet I bought for a friend had a dent on it http://s955.photobucket.com/albums/ae37/cogeist/Helm after almost 2 weeks of on going emails of the helm, they ask me to ship it back and a 10% restocking fee. Not worth shipping back... I have never had a problem with Ehobby till now... RANT! |

Packing concern
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our packaging. We make sure there is enough of protection for the item, however, there are a lot of various issues could affect this. For example, airbags get broken in low air-pressure environment. Furthermore, we wish our customers to spend as much as every penny on the item purchased but not on the package and shipping cost, we choose the best packing and shipping options for you.
I believe this was an accident and we would like to make it up for you. Please let us know your order details and we will follow up your case. For a direct conversation, please contact our customer service executive at: customerservice8@ehobbyasia.com
