Kastway Airsoft (Cordell, Oklahoma)
I'm gonna start off with saying I've never dealt with such an unresponsive company such as this one. Kastway Airsoft is a family run Airsoft company based out of Cordell, Oklahoma. I placed a $150 order with them on the 15th of August (a week today) and I still have yet to receive any notification that any progress towards shipping my package has been made. I emailed them friday (no response yet) all I know at this point is that they've gladly taken my money. The ONLY reason why I chose to order from this company is because they stock a certain type of battery I need. Under my account it states that my order has been paid for and is unshipped. I've dealt with companies overseas which have better communication. Honestly, for an American company I expect a whole lot more.
Quite basically, stay far away from Kastway Airsoft.
