I'm having an issue with order from VA. It was $500 order, it's been more than a month, I have not received a thing. They gave me a tracking number that said it was successfully delivered a while back, but upon contacting them several times, the problem still has not been resolved. I am very unhappy with the service and I am not sure if I'm able to trust ordering from VA again.

The order was placed February 11th, more than a month ago.

Here is the email message log:

Ian Leung to VA: (Feb 19th)

Hi,

The tracking number on my recent order (#002637) says that it has been successfully delivered. However, I have not received anything.

Please advise because Canadapost refuses to give me any information based on tracking numbers.

Has it been shipped to the wrong address?

Hi Ian,

If the tracking says it's been delivered then it's possible that they have delivered it to the wrong address, We will open a trace on your package to see what happened to it.

Canada post says they opened up a trace on the package and are looking for it at the moment, they will reply us within two weeks to see where the package went. We did notice that Canada post did not request a signature on the package, so it basically mean they messed up. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Any updates? It's been almost a month now and I have not received the package. This is extremely frustrating as it is not the first time I've had a shipping problem with you guys.

Sorry Canada post has not reported back to us about the whereabouts of your package. We will call them to find out if there are any updates on your package.

I've been patient for quite a long time now and nothing has been solved. This is getting ridiculous. Not to mention the stuff ordered was suppose to be for a game that I went to, but it never came in time. Sorry VA, but if something is not done, you will lose a customer.
