Mrfister warning he will not help you, or scammer

I have never had a problem on asc.
did a deal with mrfister http://www.airsoftcanada.com/member.php?u=54795
for a classic army scarab. he sent me a tracking number but canada post did not deliver to my adress.
So i made the first investigation so he can make a claim,since day 1 i have been asking for the claim service ticket and for him to call me . never did. i have sent many messages to his personal email and through asc which he does not answer. he says he has been making the claim,but i suspect he did not pay for the insurance.of which i paid for,note you should always pay for it,they lose alot of packages.
so i have been telling him for 3 weeks that cp did not sent an email although i did miss a call from them but no message.
and now i have been ghosted
if any one has any information on mrfister aka themarrieddude out of peterborron ,ontario please let me know i have not yet given him a bad rating but i do think he has no business on the classiefieds anymore as he is too busy to take care of business or is he a scammer.....
thank you how do i get her revoked from age verified?

I will send him a PM asking him to deal with this issue and suspend his Age Verication until it is resolved.

FYI he has not logged onto ASC since June 21

I have made a police report and interac and bank will investigate,but i have no real name. his email says Dick Swells aka themarrieddude
Just an FYI FOR EVERYONE : ASC does not take the real name for age verifications, they verify age. and they advise you to get a name adress and phone number before you buy..not alot of people do that,you look at the trader rating if its ok you do the deal.But in this case i believe the guy was just lazy(or to busy to bother) all he had to do is follow up with CP he did not or never did i kept asking for the ticket number of the claim. So i am out of my money, and the classic army scarab...lessons for everyone

thats sucks currently in similar situation with someone here. Claims was shipped but hasn't even provided tracking number. Hopefully its just covid delay.

thinks he is being legit sent a pm to Hollywood stating look the shipement was recieved.
and then sent me"I am still trying to get the refund. CP asking me for some stupid stuff like proof of insurance. They not quick in replies. Have not forgotten. I just dont live on this forum so not checking often" STUPID STUFF!!!which in translation means he tried to save a couple of bucks and did not get the insurance which i paid for.... so instead of being a stand up guy his mistake, he is stiffing me. Moral of this story always get name adress and phone number if you are doing a deal with because ASC has nothing on file. if you are the buyer canada post will only deal with the sender...I have done many deals here and have only had 1problem besisde this one which were resolved in good faith....

I replied to his PM and basically told him that his AV is Revoked and will be until this is resolved. Then we'll see if it reinstated, if ever.
