Evike sells WE brian can't because he's Canadian distributor.
In addition, WE open bolt ones have been in retail store in US (ironicially the external spec is the same)

FYI this requirement is still in the sources sought stage, the details of their requirements may change once the actual solicitation is issued.

Hopefully one of the vendors will convince them to switch to M4 GBBRs, it is much more suitable for what they are planning to do.

So with no M4 magazines listed, I suppose they're planning on hand loading each shot?
