+1

But the only setup for an m4 is m110? If i'm gonna pay $500 for a gearbox I would like a little more power (Tim Taylor grunt), especially because i'm not a gamer.

Hard to say, there doesn't appear to be any cylinder porting. It could be on the other side, or it could be a tapered cylinder.

However, even assuming no cylinder porting or cylinder tapering is present, there's nothing to stop you from using any of the more powerful versions labeled for M16s. You won't realize the maximum potential of the mechbox, but using a Rev /w M130 will still see FPS increase from using a Rev /w M110.

With exchange, shipping and customs fees it'll be closer to $650.00 Canadian

I'd actually estimate closer to $700... unless you misdeclare the item, which I'm not recommending you do.

F that noise, id rather just buy a whole gun at that price... even with the Canadian markup it'd still be cheaper.

And you only get the 4 gear setup if you get the M150 or M160 versions. I mean its nice to have the no antireversal and all that but PTW's are known to go down in the rain and with similar electronics I can see it also happening with these. Also you loose a lot of parts compatibility with this as it has a non-standard piston, spring guide, cylinder head, piston head, switch assembly....I'd also say spring but they are just standard sniper type springs so easy enough to get.

Also on Redwolf the M4A1 one DOES have a port on the cylinder. But just buy the M4A1 one and snag an M120 or M130 7mm sniper spring and you're good to go.

Does anyone else feel like they've missed the market with how long this has taken to come out?

Aren't GBB M4's all the rage now?
