EHobby issue
Hi,
I purchased 4 TM Capa Mags in May, Tracking system has them jam at custom (Missisauga), I gave them a call, they told me that even if it would appear that they have it, they don't and call Canada Post. Canada Post told me to check with my seller (E Hobby) so that he can initiate a inquirie / claim. E Hobby is stating: Quote " For order-100018804, please ask the buyer to contact their custom for clearance the parcel." Unquote. I'm sorry it seems like you are being given the run around. And I wish there was more I can do from here. Maybe try and get hold of a supervisor at customs, or some carefully worded emails might get some form of a result. So what should I do? I asked E Hobby to take care of the claim and ship me my mags...
