clarification needed on C8 models

apologies as I've done my best and couldn't find relevant info regarding C8 variants backed up by SOURCES.

I want to do a C8 build, one that is utilized by CANSOFCOM. I think that the C8SFW/C8A3 are the two but I would like to know the differences between the two (users, specs, year in production and issue, etc).

do any of the two use M4 RAS as well?

the platform in which the gun will be build will be the GHK M4.
