Well I'm just telling you the truth. There's not much you can do to the current one!

Well, yeah I guess.
I do have an AEG XM8, and I have a TM VSR-10 on its' way to me right now, I just didn't wanna f**k with the gun I'm happy with.

That's just so I don't get flamed for having an M4 springer.

=P

The XM8 is from my friend, I bought for like.. $180 or something like that. I bought it last year.
I believe it's SRC.
I bought the VSR-10 From 007Airsoft.

With a very quick glance the droopy stock makes it look like a toy. Honestly I think of a gun as a tool, I have a $ 2000. triple hard chromed torque wrench that is a beautiful example of modern industrial design but you wont see me wall mounting it .

There is a time and place for things and in Canada any gun, toy or not unfortunately should not be on display at all. After all why would someone want to mount a cheap toy ? to impress/ intimidate ? the vast majority of people don't want to see it, no different than a expensive torque wrench other than a wrench is a socially acceptable tool whereas typically any type of gun is not.

I can't help but think a 15 yr old trying to make a toy gun look ultra realistic is a bad idea.

Sorry if my response is not too your liking and I come off as a dick but it's my honest thoughts.

You might want to use a Matte black finish spray paint on the M4 there. You can pick it up at any hardware store like or Crappy Tire. Don't shop at Walmart though, they're a shitty American company. If you're gonna shop shitty, at least shop Canadian.

Other than the glossy looking black it's fine.
It actually looks nice, especially the pistol IMO.

I agree, nice job with the painting... in fact, I think I'm probably gonna do that with my old cheap springers that are rotting in my basement....

Maybe I should paint my guitar hero axe to look like a real fender...

Paint Job

Sad to say, but unfortunately I received one of these as a joke birthday present from my bro when I expressed interest in Airsoft.

Obviously the gun sucks, however, just for kicks I ran to home hardware to see what I could do to make it look cool. They have a matte black camo paint there that's used for painting compound hunting bows and the like and it's scratch proof. I used it on my gun and it looks awesome. Everyone I show it to says it turned out very nice.

The funny thing is that gun comes with laser sights, a red dot sight and a vertical grip. The gun looks like a beast but is completely useless. Like everyone says, save money and get age verified. Well worth it.
