Try these guys there good you need to phone in the order and request to ship USPS NOT UPS UPS charges broker fees USPS does not
this is 22.00 USD for 10,000 bb and there great quality i use them now and for the price with the CND doller doing so good you can not go wrong I orderd 20,000 for 35 bucks not bad at all and the shipping was fair.
