incoming 3 packages from overseas and respective statuses:

1. VFC MP5K GBB- left HK and is en route to Canada as of 2016/09/02 19:59.
edit: At review at customs as of 2016/09/05 21:05.
edit3: "Item has arrived in Canada and was sent for further processing." as of 2016/09/05 21:05. the message was changed slightly but no changes on the time stamp.

2- EOTech Hybrid Sight- awaiting shipping and tracking info as of 09/02/2016.
edit3: Depart from Overseas Processing Facility as of 13/09/2016 10:25.
edit5: Item available for pickup at Post Office as of 2016/09/22 15:52.

3- Crusader KAC suppressor/Rifle case/MP5 rail mount- payment made within the hour, awaiting shipping and tracking info.
edit2: left TW as of 2016/09/07 09:35.
edit3: Item has arrived in Canada and was sent for further processing. as of 2016/09/13 08:31.
edit4: ******Item was released by Customs and is now with Canada Post for processing. as of 2016/09/13 / 22:17.******
edit5: Item available for pickup at Post Office as of 2016/09/14.

hopefully I won't get dicked by customs. I'm most worried about the 3rd shipment since suppressors are hit and miss (I even requested to remove foam insert from it to minimize risk of seizure). for the gun itself, it shoots above 366 FPS so it shouldn't be a problem.

total damage: about $1050.

Fucking Canada Post has some lazy-ass drivers....

Managed to deliver my letter mail just fine, but my VFC M4 was apparently too much. A family member was home all day... no door bell rung, no knock... just a "lul too lazy to deliver so come get it tomorrow" note.

My local driver has started to sign my name for packages and leave them at the door, not only lazy but illegal too. 💩

Hero Outdoors reshipped it last week by Post, this one arrived. I went to pick it up and you know what was there with it? The package from July that had been lost in Mississauga. Was it here the whole time? Was it in Toronto? Heck if I know, guy there didn't know. I accepted the reshipped package and refused delivery of the first so it'll go back to them, I don't want to pay for a second set. Lol I did learn the suggestion of "buy one size up with Rothco" isn't necessary for me, I'm an L and ordered XL, looks like I'm wearing a parachute.

Glad to hear you at least found it. Someone somewhere still has my Spectre suit.... some fucker must've stolen it from my front door.

just to update, 2/3 of the orders are complete. the only thing left is the gun itself which is still at customs. I live on base so most of the bulky packages I order are sent to a co-worker's place (PO boxes are annoying af). I'm going to check later today to see if I got any letters from CBSA at their house.

edit: got my stuff 2 weeks ago. they didn't send me anything after the notice of seizure. I was actually expecting a decision letter

I work from home - deliveries usually show up when I'm on the shitter.

New rant for the books: Canada Post used to show me tracking on all my incoming international items once they hit the Canadian side of the border. Nowadays? Whenever I enter the tracking number CP just tells me that tracking in Canada "is not a feature" on the parcel.

Lady at the post office, however, was able to see all the tracking information for the package and let me know that it is likely going out for delivery tomorrow since it's now at my local depot.

Why is Canada Post being so passive aggressive over tracking numbers all of a sudden? They clearly have the tracking data in their system... Why not show it?

Because they hate you.

I'm expecting my Mossy 500 to come in soon... can't wait to see Canada Post fuck it up!

...I still dream of that Spectre suit I could've had. I hope that wherever it is, it is happy.
