Crosman S34P.
I took apart my Crosman S34P (didn't touch the "gearbox") to paint it. Ever since putting it back together, the spring will not stay compressed when cocking it.
What could I be missing? Thank in advance, Josh |

any parts left over? did anything go flying when you pulled it apart? have you ever taken something apart and put it successfully back together again?
kind of hard to know what you did or didn't do right on the other side of a screen. maybe a little more detail might help someone help you but I doubt it. maybe take it apart again and rebuild it. |

Nothing I saw flew off anywhere.. I have also taken it apart a few times and it worked fine once putting it back together. When I pull the pump back, the spring follows the spring guide fine. However, when I bring the pump back towards to front of the gun, the spring follows. Is there something on the inside of the gun that is not catching when it should be?
